Welcome to our Web site!

We will make an effort to present you with our entire spectrum of information about our horseback riding lessons.  We will provide you with information regarding lessons and our philosophy. The Riding School

Fox Meadow Riding School
is convieniently located just off Rt. 15 between Rt. 50 and Rt. 66.  We present a riding program featuring Dressage Instruction, Hunt Seat,  and Recreational Riding Instruction as well as week long Summer Specialty Programs during Summer mornings.

                 Kim,  the A.R.I.A. Certified Instructor and co-owner of Fox Meadow Farm, has taken lessons and ridden horses since she was five years of age.  She has owned horses since 1974, began teaching in 1976 and has taught continually since that time.  Kim's equestrian experience involves showing Hunters, Equitation, Dressage, U.S. Pony Club, Foxhunting, Competitive Trail Riding,  forming and coaching several National Capitol Equestrian League teams,  judging, breeding, training, and driving.   Kim graduated from George Mason University's School of Business. and went on to found West Oak Farm in Oakton, VA, and co-found Fox Meadow Farm in Haymarket,VA with her husband.  Kim's philosophy is to provide quality instruction so that others may experience and enjoy the magnificent world of horses through confidence and safety..

Fox Meadow Riding School
offers students a wide selection of horses and ponies to learn on.  Several were born and trained right here at Fox Meadow including two warmbloods that are used exclusively for Dressage.

Fox Meadow Farm
holds Horse Shows in the Spring and Autumn.  These shows are non-stress events designed to acknowledge the students progress during the year.  Students are not obligated to show as we understand that showing isn't for everyone.
